DELIVERY
As soon as DHL has collected the order, a Track&Trace link will follow by e-mail from noreply@parcelpro.nl with the status of the shipment. If you have not received it, please also check the “spam inbox”.
Delivery times
If we receive the order before 14:00 (on working days), it is usually shipped the same day and often delivered the day after if the delivery address is within the BENELUX. For other EU countries, approx. 5 working days. We are not responsible for possible delays that may occur with our carrier DHL. We therefore ask you to check the Track&Trace for the current status of your order.
